Just after abit of insight into holidays in switzerland or places like that lol. Im looking to go on holiday next year in june with a friend for a week or so, i wanted to go somewhere with forests and lakes and she wanted to go somewhere with mountains and nice views, so something like switzerland alps etc with mountains, rivers, lakes, nice views etc etc etc ive had a very brief browse of a few holiday suppliers and some deals look pretty good but i have no idea what places are like, ive been looking near a place called interlaken i think, it looks pretty cool but im open to suggestions, we arent loaded money wise as were both 18 19 but if theres something really interesting about the hotel chalet etc then i will make a plan to get there, also if youve got any ideas on other attractions there like canoeing, walks, rides etc feel free to share them.Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions as to hotel chalet holiday providers places to go feel free to share them, thanks i advance

Shooting on holiday in Switzerland?
HiMy hobby is shooting, and I'm going on holiday to Switzerland in about a year, I know they have much better gun laws than in England I'm English , so I'm hoping to be able to shoot some Handguns, and maybe sub machine gun or even a higher caliber automatic I'm under 18, and don't have a firearms license though, but I do shoot regularly. In Switzerland, would I be allowed to go to a shooting range, and rent a weapon for a few hours, I'm assuming I would have to take a safety instruction etc, though I do speak some German, which may help.Also, if you know of any shooting ranges that would allow this preferably in touristy regions please let me know Thanks

Suggestions for summer holiday in Switzerland please?
My boyfriend and I would like to take a summer holiday in switzerland. We would ideally like to spend some time doing scenic day walks, maybe one day of cycling and some swimming in lakes. We will be there for around 7 days and are keen to see some really pretty mountains, valleys and lakes.
