Question: Can i go to japan for a working holiday for 6months and then go to korea and come back?

I just wanted to know because next yeari was going to apply for a working holiday visa for 3- 6months, i will just be out of school. or is there a way i could apply for a student visa there so i can further my studies.

You can go to Korea, but you'll have to apply for a re-entry permit before you go, regardless of what type of visa you have to be in Japan. That means visiting an immigration office, applying, and paying for the permit. Of course you'll have to know if you need a visa to be in, I'm assuming, South Korea. That will depend what country you're from.

I don't know where you got the idea of 6 months. Buy working holiday visa for Japan is basically for 1 year.

You need to apply for a re-entry permit if you re-enter Japan. And the foreign resident registration system of Japan will change in the next July. immi-moj.go.jp/ newimmiact_1/ en/ index.html
