Kos, Lads Holiday 2012?

Holiday to Dubai and umrah in Saudi is this possible?
Well we are from the states and are booking a 4 weeks vacation to Dubai, then we thought we would travel by bus to Saudi and spend 6 days in Mekka so my question is, is this possible will we be issued a Saudi visa while being visitors in Dubai?
