It's always the same if I google for " private beach" , I only find HOTELS with private beaches or apartments with a SHARED private beach.Where can I find a holiday home house or villa with a beach that is really private?
What does "per property" actually mean when renting holiday villas?
Me and Friends 8 of us are planning to go on holiday next year we have found a perfect villa to stay in however it says the rental basis is per property. For the time we would be considering it would be 504 weekly but as it says per property it seems a tad cheap? what does " per property" actually mean?

Holiday villa owners?
I would like to ask if anyone owns a villa abroad Why do some people advertise their villa example 4 bedroom and then put a note right at the end saying the price is for 2 adults and to add 50 per person above that? It is so misleading, why would 2 people need a four bedroom villa? I looked at one which was advertised for 695 but for the correct occupancy of 8 two per room it works out at 995 BIG difference Why don't they just advertise the actual rate? It is so annoying and also quite sly.

i dont know if its true, but i was told that there is this company that has a villa in your name, they rent it out for holidays in your name and you get to stay there for a holiday when you wont, and you get the villa in about 20 30 years is it true, no horrible answers please
