Deposit for holiday rental?
I've found a two months sublet in Greece, from an owners ad . The rent is about 800 usd a month , I'll be staying two months paid in advance and the owner asks for a 800 usd deposit refundable at the end of the stay. I'm a bit wary about this, how can I make sure I will have my deposit back in case I don't ruin anything? It's my word against hers isn't it? Many many thanks to all
How do I find holiday rental property in Lake Louise for 8-10 people end of January.?
I am attending a family wedding in Lake Louise in January 07 and would like to rent a house that will cater for 8 10 people for a two week period. All I can find on the web are chalets which are too small.

We are a group of girls 11 of us. We want to go away for a week in August preferably, but we are all going to be 17 at this point. What are the best holiday rentals in the Gold Coast, Australia area?
I am looking to work and live somewhere on the Gold Coast between Coolangata and Surfer's Paradise. I'm 23 years old looking to be able to walk to the beach, walk to work, and walk to social life. Beachfront Holiday rental houses in QLD Australia?
For my 20th birthday in December, I am looking to stay in a holiday rental house probably somewhere either at the gold coast, sunshine coast, maybe even Stradbroke island or somewhere like that. There will be 10 people max, including myself and my partner. Preferably beachfront, if not close to the beach. I probably want to stay for two nights. I would like somewhere with a pool, bbq, dvd player etc. However I really can't afford much more than $250 per night. Alot of the places I have looked at seem to be about $400 and up. Does anybody know of any good houses to stay at? Or any good websites? Could you give me a review on any of the places you have stayed at? Thanks

i am hoping to travel to italy this summer for 3 4 weeks and would be grateful if anyone knew a site where i could find a cheap apartment house. i dont have any particular area in mind, i just think the country itself is beautiful and would like to spend time there. most of the sites i find in google are extremely expensive. It has been tastefully furnished to a very high standard with professionally made colour co ordinated furnishings. It has a very efficient heating system and gallons of hot water to soothe the aches away It is situated in a residential area with landscaped grounds and is only a 10 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix and the ski bus stop is right outside. It is 5 minutes drive to the Brevant ski lift. The view from the lounge and sunny terrace to Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi is absolutely stunning. In the lounge you will find two stylish comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD, a variety of children's games and the dining area for six people. There is an underground car parking space with remote control garage door and ski locker.
